Herbal remedies

Buy some ginger and turmeric. Peel. Slice. Boil in water for 10-15 mins. Sip on some spicy goodness. Feel better.

This herbal remedy was recommended as a way to clear up my lingering post-flu congestion and hacking cough. The spice was oh-so-necessary and really warmed up my throat and body. Next time I hope I can enjoy this dynamic duo under better circumstances.
